A sad fact of American news media is that comedians have had more political courage than professional newscasters. Comedy Central's Daily Show (which is uncensored in Australia on SBS) pretty much snatched that courage away from the likes of CBS, CNN and Fox. Former Daily Show correspondent, Stephen Colbert, spun of a satire of the O'Reilly Factor as the Colbert Report . In an interview he discusses authority. (more)
